While Dr. Schmitt has a long and esteemed resume we were understandably quite interested in this little bit:

He was a full-time faculty member in theater arts at Pasco-Hernando Community College in Brooksville, FL and at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Schmitt earned his doctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in theatre and drama.
